...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 AM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington,
  Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon, Lower Columbia Basin of
  Oregon, North Central Oregon, and Simcoe Highlands.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
