* WHAT...Rough bar conditions. Combined seas building to 10 to 11
  ft.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Maximum ebb currents will occur around 930
  AM Thursday and 915 PM Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

  to 35 kt. Seas building to 12 to 15 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters From Point Grenville To Cape Shoalwater
  Out 10 Nm and Coastal Waters From Point Grenville To Cape
  Shoalwater 10 To 60 Nm.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or higher are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

  to very steep seas 13 to 18 ft at 13 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas. Very steep and hazardous seas expected
  beyond 5 nm from shore south of Reedsport and near shore north
  of Reedsport.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Friday.
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
