* WHAT...Rough to severe bar conditions. Combined seas 14 to 16
  ft.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Maximum ebb currents will occur around 430
  AM Thursday, 445 PM Thursday, and 515 AM Friday. The afternoon
  ebb Thursday will be very strong.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

PST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
  seas 18 to 20 ft at 15 seconds. For the Gale Warning, south
  winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 17 to 19 ft at
  15 seconds expected. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds
  10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 12 to 16 ft at 14
  seconds expected.

* WHERE...All of the waters.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 10 AM PST this
  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM
  PST this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this
  evening to 7 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions.
