* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, increasing south
  winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 10 to 12 ft at
  14 seconds. For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with
  gusts up to 45 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft at 7 seconds expected.
  For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 10 to 14 ft at 13
  seconds expected.

* WHERE...All of the area.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM PST this
  afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to
  10 PM PST this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10
  PM this evening to 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or
