* WHAT...Periods of strong southwest to west winds gusting 50 to 60
  mph today, increasing to 60 to 75 mph Thursday into Friday morning.

* WHERE...Beartooth Foothills and Livingston Area.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will make travel difficult along
  Interstate 90 from Livingston to Big Timber and roads along the
  Beartooth Foothills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Thursday into
  Friday morning. Gusts over 50 mph may linger into Friday afternoon.
