TO 5 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water
  levels. For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 5 to 10
  kt with gusts up to 20 kt expected.

* WHERE...Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD.

* WHEN...For the Low Water Advisory, until 9 PM EST this
  evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM to 5 PM EST
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
  normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
  conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
