...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon...

  Silvies River Near Burns affecting Harney County.

  Malheur River Near Vale affecting Malheur County.

.Snow melt and increased reservoir releases will cause the river
flows to remain high.

For the Silvies River...including Burns...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Malheur River...including Vale...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued late tonight at 500 AM MDT /400 AM
PDT/.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR RESERVOIR FLOODGATE RELEASES NOW IN EFFECT
UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Malheur River near Vale.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, The river will begin spilling over its
  bank flooding farmland between Vale and Ontario. Water will begin
  approaching low spots on Butte Drive. Water will approach the 36th
  Street Bridge upstream from Ontario about 8 hours after flood
  stage is exceeded near Vale.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 PM MDT Sunday /11:30 AM PDT Sunday/ the stage was
    19.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:30 PM MDT Sunday /11:30 AM PDT Sunday/ was 19.8
    feet.
  - Forecast...The river will remain in minor flood stage through
    early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.1 feet on 02/08/1951.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Silvies River near Burns.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding of fields will occur in the Burns
  area. Water will encroach on some private properties along North
  Broadway Avenue, Foley Road, and Stancliff Road. Water will be
  close to flowing on to Highway 20 at the Silvies River Bridge. Low
  spots in the Burns RV Park may be impacted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 13.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:00 PM PDT Sunday was 14.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.5 feet on 04/11/2019.
