Virginia, Western Mineral County.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening. The steadiest snow is expected
this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening
commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
