THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between one to four
  inches.

* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of
  Texas.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
  morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Multiple narrow bands of snowfall are
  expected to be the main producer of these higher snowfall totals
  with stronger winter impacts possible in localized areas across
  the advisory.
