...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM PST SATURDAY FOR THE BASE OF
THE NORTHERN BLUE MOUNTAINS OF OREGON...

* WHAT...South to southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50
  mph for the base of the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHERE...Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected along the slopes
  and base of the northern Blue Mountains, including Interstate 84
  in the vicinity of Cabbage Hill. Winds will be lighter north and
  west of a line extending roughly from Pilot Rock through Pendleton
  to Milton-Freewater.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
