* WHERE...Much of Southern New England, excluding the Berkshires and
  the South Coast of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 8 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.
