* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Trinity County, and Northeastern Mendocino Interior.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog will likely make frost formation localized
  and inconsistent.
