...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...The Santa Clara Valley and Eastern Hills, Interior
  Monterey County and the Santa Lucia Range, Most of San Benito
  County and the Cholame Hills in Southeast Monterey County, North
  Bay Interior Valleys, East Bay Interior Valleys, and Northern
  Salinas Valley/Hollister Valley and Carmel Valley.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
  populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold Conditions can lead
  to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures in the vicinity of Fort Hunter
  Liggett and in portions of far southeastern Monterey County will
  experience locally colder temperatures as low as 29 degrees.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Be sure to cover or tend to sensitive plants and vegetation as they
may be damaged by frost.

...WIND ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...
...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, winds have diminished and are now
  below advisory criteria. Therefore, the Wind Advisory will be
  cancelled. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 31 will
  result in frost formation.

* WHERE...East Bay Hills and North Bay Interior Mountains.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
  populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold Conditions can lead
  to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will still remain breezy with gusts of
  30 to 40 mph possible this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
