...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM PST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected.

* WHERE...Southern Salinas Valley/Arroyo Seco and Lake San Antonio.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive
  populations such as unhoused individuals. Cold Conditions can lead
  to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Be sure to open sink cabinet doors and/or drip faucets. This may
help reduce or prevent damage to uninsulated pipes and other
plumbing.
