VALLEY...WHICH ARE FIRE WEATHER ZONES 670...673...674 AND 675...

The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag
Warning for lightning, which is in effect from 3 PM MDT /2 PM
PDT/ this afternoon to 9 PM MDT /8 PM PDT/ this evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather Zones 670 Burns BLM,
  673 Central Canyonlands, 674 Northwestern Vale BLM and 675
  Baker Valley.

* TIMING...From 3 PM MDT /2 PM PDT/ this afternoon to 9 PM MDT
  /8 PM PDT/ this evening.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered coverage with abundant lightning.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusty erratic winds up to 60 mph.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
