...AREAS OF FREEZING DRIZZLE TO IMPACT TRAVEL THIS MORNING...

.Freezing drizzle has been observed at times this morning and should
continue through the mid to late morning before temperatures warm
above freezing. Slideoffs have been reported due to this freezing
drizzle. The main impacts will be on untreated surfaces and bridges,
but slick spots may still develop on any roadway.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

* WHAT...Freezing drizzle. Additional ice accumulations around a
  light glaze.

* WHERE...Far northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota. Much of
  central and southwestern Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
