This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Light snow showers end early in southeastern Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Light snow possible late Thursday morning in western Minnesota,
spreading southeast through the afternoon and evening. A couple
inches of new accumulation possible, favoring southwestern to
southern Minnesota.

Very cold temperatures expected Friday night through Sunday
morning with wind chill values likely surpassing 20 below zero at
night.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, central South Dakota,
east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota, and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Flurries may continue through the overnight hours. A light wintry
mix may begin to develop over central South Dakota after midnight,
progressing as far east as the James River valley by daybreak. A
light glaze of ice and minor snow or sleet accumulation will be
possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A wintry mix of precipitation will move through the outlook area
on Thursday with the heaviest precipitation focused around the
middle of the day. Accumulations of snow between a dusting and 2
inches will be possible in far eastern South Dakota, southwest
Minnesota and northwest Iowa. Ice accumulations of of one tenth of
an inch along with minor sleet accumulations may also be possible
at times.

Another round of light snow will move through the Missouri River
valley on Saturday. While uncertainty remains on the exact track
of snow, accumulations of a dusting to 3 inches will be possible.

Dangerously cold wind chills will settle into the region for the
upcoming weekend. Daytime wind chills on Saturday may fall as low
as 10 to 20 below zero. Wind chills Sunday will range from 15 to
30 below zero.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Light snow early Thursday will change into a wintry mix of snow,
sleet and freezing rain. Light snow accumulation of a half inch to
around an inch is possible. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to
one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. The
highest chance of experiencing freezing rain, and icing, is expected
south of a line from Richmond Lake and Aberdeen to Andover,
Watertown, and Clear Lake. Mainly light snow is expected northeast of
this line.

For Friday night through midday Saturday, there is a 30 to 50%
chance of 2" of snow or more between I-90 and areas southwest of a
line from Eureka to Aberdeen through Watertown and Clear Lake.
