* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening

.Snow continues across the region this morning with wind gusts of 40
to 50 mph at times. Accumulating snow has been observed along and
north of Interstate 90 which combined with the strong wind gusts
will lead to slippery road conditions and visibility reductions.
Travel may be difficult this morning so consider delaying until this
afternoon if possible as snow ends across the region.
