* WHERE...Lake Michigan nearshore waters from Washington Island
  to Sheboygan.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
