...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
2 AM EDT FRIDAY ALONG THE CAPE FEAR RIVER...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
  waterways.

* WHERE...The lower Cape Fear River including downtown
  Wilmington.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Portions of Battleship Road and USS North Carolina
  Road will experience minor flooding up to one half foot in
  depth. In downtown Wilmington, one block of Water Street may
  observe shallow flooding up to three inches in depth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
