  Grenada to Gazelle and Weed.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
  power outages may result.

  ridges. There is an increased risk of tree branches and other
  debris on roadways. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
