FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt and steep to
  very steep seas 13 to 18 ft at 13 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas. Very steep and hazardous seas expected
  beyond 5 nm from shore south of Reedsport and near shore north
  of Reedsport.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.

  seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 13 to 18 ft at 12 seconds
  and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. For
  the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 13 to
  17 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts
  up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 11 AM PST Thursday.
  Gale Warning, from 11 AM to 6 PM PST Thursday. Hazardous Seas
  Warning, from 6 PM Thursday to 2 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
