  Beginning Monday, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
  kt and steep combined seas 7 to 11 ft at 9 seconds expected.

* WHERE...All coastal waters between Pt. St. George and Cape
  Blanco.

* WHEN...A Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 7 PM PST this
  evening. Another Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 10 AM
  to 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* WHAT...Seas 10 to 12 ft at 12 seconds through this evening.
  Beginning Sunday morning, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up
  to 35 kt and steep wind-driven seas 8 to 12 ft expected. Gales
  and/or very steep seas are possible Monday.

* WHERE...The small craft advisory conditions are expected for all
  areas, with gales and steep seas possible north of Cape Arago on
  Monday.

* WHEN...A Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 7 PM PST this
  evening. Another Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 7 AM
  Sunday to 10 AM PST Monday, followed by a Gale Watch through
  Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid strong winds and
very steep seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course,

  expected. For the Gale Watch, seas 11 to 15 ft at 12 seconds
  and southwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
  possible.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM PST Sunday. Gale
  Warning, from 3 AM to noon PST Sunday. Gale Watch, from Monday
  morning through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
