5 PM PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt and steep
  seas 5 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...All areas beyond 2 to 3 nm from shore.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Monday to 5 PM PDT Tuesday, though steep
  seas are likely to continue into Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage smaller vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
