SATURDAY...

* WHAT...West to southwest wind 10 to 20 kts and steep seas 7 to
  11 ft at 10 seconds. Beginning Saturday, south winds becoming 20
  to 30 kts with steep wind-driven seas 9 to 11 ft.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Thursday to 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels.
