* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 possible.

* WHERE...In California, the Scott, Shasta, and Lower Klamath River
  valleys as well as the Mount Shasta region. In Oregon, the
  Illinois, Applegate, and Rogue valleys.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
