* WHERE...Coastal Indian River, Coastal Martin, and Coastal Saint
  Lucie.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
