  and seas 4 to 7 feet expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out
  20 NM and Waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 to
  60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM
  EST Wednesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 1 PM
  EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
