* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 33 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Louisiana and central, north
  central, northwest, south central, southeast, southwest, and west
  central Mississippi.

* WHEN...From midnight CST tonight through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could cause minor damage
  unprotected sensitive vegetation.
