...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in
  low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the city of
  Baltimore.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, flooding is occurring at the end of
  Thames Street in Baltimore. Water covers the promenade in the
  Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins
  encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 8:30
  AM and 8:55 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood in
  Annapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is
  occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at
  7:17 AM and 7:07 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, water is expected to reach backyards
  near 9th Street in North Beach, and could approach 9th Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Solomons Island is at 4:13 PM and
  4:39 AM. The next high tide at Chesapeake Beach is at 5:43 AM
  and 6:08 PM.

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, Up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal
  flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, Up to two feet of
  inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to
  as combination tidal and fresh water flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until noon EDT today,
  especially around the time of high tide. For the Coastal Flood
  Watch, from Thursday morning through Friday afternoon,
  especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...The unprotected area on the Southwest Waterfront
  at the DC Seafood Market is expected to flood. Water is
  expected to approach parts of the Hains Point Loop Road, but it
  will likely be closed. Water is expected to approach buildings
  near King Street and Union Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 9:52 AM
  and 10:33 PM.

  expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Southeast Harford County.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this afternoon,
  especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, water begins to go over the bulkhead at
  the Havre de Grace Yacht Basin in multiple locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 11:36 AM and
  12:31 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
