...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations 5 to 10
  inches, with up to 1 foot possible over the peaks. Lesser amounts
  near Raton Pass. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Mountains, and Johnson and Bartlett Mesas
  Including Raton Pass.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be
  necessary if traveling through mountain passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The weight of heavy wet snow on trees and
  power lines may create power outages.
