* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 27 and 32 expected.

* WHERE...Lower Rio Grande Valley, De Baca County, and Guadalupe
  County.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 AM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing temperatures are most likely for all
  of the Lower Rio Grande Valley and Guadalupe County, and the
  northern and western portions of De Baca County.
