  Trinity River Near Long Lake (Oakwood) affecting Freestone, Leon
  and Anderson Counties.

  Trinity River At Trinidad affecting Navarro and Henderson
  Counties.

  South Sulphur River Near Cooper affecting Hopkins and Delta
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...West Fork Trinity River near Boyd.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor overbank flooding is expected. Farm
  and ranch land adjacent to the river will flood, and a few rural
  roads may be affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 15.5 feet
    Friday morning.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM MDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Mexico, including the following
  counties, southwestern Mora and northern San Miguel.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 340 PM MDT, Rapid snowmelt is causing flooding.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Cueva, Caada de l, Cebolla, Rito, Sanguijuela Arroyo, Casa,
    Rio la, Caoncito Creek, Colorado, Rito, Mora River, Maestas
    Creek, Into Pecos, Arroyo, Canada de los Maes, La, Rocio,
    Caada de, Sapello River, Into Jara, Arroyo, North Fork Rio
    la Casa, San Jose, Rito, Coyote Creek, Jara, Arroyo,
    Manuelitas Creek, Chavez, Rito, Sparks Creek and Into
    Manuelitas Creek.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mora, Tierra Monte, Ledoux, Morphy Lake State Park, La Cueva,
    Gascon, Cleveland, Sapello, Holman and South Carmen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
