...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Canadian River near Yukon.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Bankfull conditions with disperse points
  of shallow overflows near the river channel banks is prevalent...
   from near Banner Road to Yukon to the headwaters of Lake
  Overholser. The areas most affected are low-lying croplands and
  pastures... oilfields... and local roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:30 PM CST Monday the stage was 11.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The North Canadian River is expected to rise to a
    crest of 11.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Action stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Residences in southwest Guthrie may be
  flooded or isolated by water in streets. Rural flood plain areas
  near Guthrie and downstream to the Cimarron River could experience
  depths up to 2 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 600 PM, The stage is estimated to be 21.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Cottonwood Creek is near crest and is expected
    to fall.
  - Action stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
