...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
  4 and 8 inches except between 8 and 14 inches above 7500 feet.

* WHERE...East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Far Northeast
  Highlands, Harding County, and Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Some roads
  may be closed. Major travel delays are possible. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The weight of wet snow on trees will result
  in downed branches that can fall on power lines. Expect scattered
  power outages and damage to vulnerable structures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,

  inches for northern Union County, and between 2 and 6 inches for
  southern Union County. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass and Union
  County.
