Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A chance of storms enters the forecast late today and continues
tonight. Heavy rain will be the main hazard.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Storm chances continue through the weekend with heavy rain also
continuing as the primary potential hazard.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

...Wind Advisory is in Effect for most of the Far East Tennessee
Mountains and Foothills for late Thursday through Friday
Morning...

East to southeast winds will increase later today into Friday
morning producing windy conditions across the foothills and the
higher elevations as the remnants of Francine move north into the
western Tennessee Valley. Winds will increase to 20 to 30 mph
with gusts up to 50 mph possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Gusty winds will continue on Friday due to Francine`s remnants.
Also, locally heavy rainfall is expected along the southern
Plateau. This could lead to isolated flash flooding.

Spotter activation is not needed at this time.
