* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Waves of 3
  to 6 feet in the sounds and tidal lakes and seas 7 to 10 ft in
  the open Gulf waters.

* WHERE...Lake Borgne, Mississippi Sound, Chandleur Sound, Breton
  Sound, and all of the open Gulf waters east of the mouth of the
  Mississippi River.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
