  expected.

* WHERE...All coastal sounds, bays, tidal lakes, and open Gulf
  waters east of the mouth of the Mississippi River.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
