...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CST
WEDNESDAY...
...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
  as 10 above. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 12 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north
  central and northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and east and
  northeast Texas.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning.
  For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST
  Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
  exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
