* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 AM to noon CST
Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday afternoon through late
Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
