Through 11 AM, a cluster of showers and isolated thunderstorms will
continue to track west to northwestward at 10 to 15 knots through
the Deep Gulf waters as well as the portions of Hawk Channel and the
Florida Straits south of the Lower and Middle Keys. Mariners
encountering this activity may experience heavy downpours reducing
visibility, erratic gusts of near 20 knots, and occasional lightning
strikes.
