* WHAT...South to southeast winds sustained at 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Coastal Franklin, Coastal Wakulla, and Coastal Gulf
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
