...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins on SW Santa Fe
  Drive south of Santa Fe Road in Columbia County.
  At 16.3 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission begins
  enforcement of a no wake zone on the Santa Fe River from the
  unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream of the Wilson`s Spring Boat
  Ramp to the confluence with the Suwannee River and on the
  Ichetucknee River upstream to the US 27 bridge.
  At 17.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences on
  Santa Fe Road in Columbia County and on River Run Road in Suwannee
  County.
  At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood River Run Road in Suwannee
  County.
  At 18.8 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission expands the no
  wake zone restriction further upstream on the Santa Fe River from
  the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream on the Wilson`s Spring
  Boat Ramp to one-half mile upstream of the State Road 47 bridge.
  At 19.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences along
  the Ichetucknee River.
  At 19.8 feet, Waters begins to affect homes in the Hollingsworth
  Bluff area at State Route 47.
  At 20.0 feet, Access to homes on Santa Fe Road below SW Riverside
  Avenue becomes restricted in Columbia. Flooding begins on Santa Fe
  and Wilson Springs Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 18.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Sunday evening and continue falling to 14.8 feet Thursday,
    October 24.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 29.1 feet
    early Sunday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    29.1 feet on 10/05/1965.

  St Johns River Near Above Lake Harney affecting Seminole County.

  St Johns River Near Sanford affecting Seminole County.

  St Johns River Near Deland affecting Lake and Volusia Counties.

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Lake and Volusia Counties.

.Substantial flooding continues on the Saint Johns River. At Astor,
the river is forecast to remain in Major Flood for the foreseeable
future, with levels remaining steady through early next week. At
Deland, the river is forecast to remain steady in Major Flood Stage,
with a brief rise possible early next week. At Geneva (Above Lake
Harney), the river is forecast to remain steady in Major Flood
Stage. Finally at Sanford, the river is forecast to slowly rise
through Moderate Flood Stage through this weekend and into early
next week.

For the St. Johns River...including Above Lake Harney, Deland, and
Astor...Major flooding is forecast. Moderate Flooding is forecast at
Sanford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Residents and interests along the Saint Johns River should be
prepared for prolonged major flood impacts.

* WHERE...St Johns River near Astor.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, Major widespread and long duration flooding
  occurs, with water rescues and evacuations necessary. Most
  low-lying homes become uninhabitable due to 2 to 3 feet water
  depth in many areas of the community on or near the river. Water
  reaches Front Street south of SR-40. Areas off of Riveredge Drive
  are inaccessible. Water surrounds and enters homes on Riverview
  Drive and Claire Street. Most areas near the Astor Landing
  Camptround are inaccessible due to knee-deep water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 4.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 2.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM EDT Thursday was 4.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at 4.3 feet.
  - Flood stage is 2.3 feet.

    feet Monday morning.
