* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

  35 knots and waves 5 to 8 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT this
  morning. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM this morning to 8 PM
  EDT this evening.
