  Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.

  Saint Marys River at St. Mary`s River near Fort Wayne affecting
  Allen IN County.

  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van
  Wert Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties.

For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash,
Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary`s River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Bluffton IN.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding begins to affect residential areas
  in northern Bluffton. Low areas near the wastewater treatment plant
  begin to flood. Portions of Elm Grove Road and County Road 450
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
    Thursday morning and continue falling to 9.7 feet Thursday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

  east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be
  required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 11.3 feet Thursday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

    Thursday morning.

  - At 10:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.4 feet
    tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of
  Rockford is water-covered and closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
    afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall
    below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
