* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Indiana, including the
  following counties, in central Indiana, Howard, Madison and Tipton.
  In east central Indiana, Delaware and Randolph.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Narrow bands of 1 to 2 inches of rain will be possible this
    morning within rounds of thunderstorms. Locally higher amounts
    cannot be ruled out.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the
  following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking,
  Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign,
  Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across
    parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early
    afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that
    could lead to flash flooding.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding occur
or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas and be
careful when approaching highway dips and underpasses.
