The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Hamilton County in central Indiana...
  Southern Madison County in central Indiana...
  Tipton County in central Indiana...

* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 619 PM EDT, Emergency management reported continued flooding
  from prior day rainfall.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Anderson, Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton, Windfall, Westfield,
  Cicero, Pendleton, Sheridan, Chesterfield, Lapel, Edgewood,
  Frankton, Arcadia, Atlanta, Sharpsville, Markleville, Kempton,
  Woodlawn Heights and Country Club Heights.

This includes Interstate 69 between mile markers 215 and 230.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
