* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas
6 to 11 ft expected.
* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet and the
coastal waters from Cape Lookout to Surf City.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 2 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
