This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Scattered showers and an occasional rumble of thunder will be
possible for eastern Georgia through this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Temperatures Thursday onward will be well above normal with highs
reach near record levels. High could reach the low 90s by
Thursday afternoon.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong and gusty winds are expected across much of the area today
through tonight especially across the far East Tennessee
mountains and adjacent foothills. Across the mountains and
foothills, southerly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
are expected. For the Cumberland Plateau, southerly winds of 15 to
25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are expected. Many other places
will be breezy through the day.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the area on
Sunday. While details are still unclear at this time, there may
be a potential for strong to severe storms, along with heavy
rainfall that could cause flooding.
