  Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

  and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...In Chittenden and Franklin Counties in
  Vermont, and Clinton County in New York, frost will be less likely
  in areas near Lake Champlain.
