317 AM ChST Sat May 10 2025

...RED FLAG WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CHST SUNDAY
FOR GUAM...

* WIND...East wind 15 to 20 mph, especially over higher terrain.

* HUMIDITY...Down to 50 to 60 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended. Peak fire threat is in
  the afternoon hours and higher terrain. Fire weather
  conditions will ease after sunset due to decreasing winds and
  higher humidity.

* ADDITIONAL DETAIL...Terrain forcing of winds and occasional
  gusts could make fire fighting drastically harder.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create ideal conditions for rapid spread of wildfires.
