* IMPACTS...Icing may create slippery conditions on roads, bridges
  and sidewalks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages. The latest road conditions for the state you are

* WHAT...Freezing expected. Ice accumulations less than a tenth of
  an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest North Carolina, central, south
  central, southwest, and west central Virginia, and southeast West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...Some roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks are
  also possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
