Patchy black ice may persist through the morning hours, until
temperatures warm above 32 degrees around noon.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Strong wind gusts are possible at elevations above 3500 feet on
Wednesday, capable of causing power outages. A Wind Advisory might
be necessary.
