* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...The northern Piedmont, northern Sandhills, and northern
  and central Coastal Plain of central North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm or kill sensitive outdoor vegetation or
  plants if left uncovered.
