  vessels.

  6 PM CST Wednesday. For the Heavy Freezing Spray Warning, from

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in heavy freezing spray is
  hazardous. Freezing spray may render mechanical and electronic
  components inoperative. Rapid ice accretion on decks and
