Light snow is expected across the Absaroka and Bighorn mountains
tonight through Saturday morning. Winter travel conditions are
possible over mountain roads.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Sunday through Monday morning...Strong wind is possible across much of
the area, as well as light snow across the western and northern
mountains.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Areas of frost will be possible across the Palmer Divide this
morning as temperatures drop to around freezing.
Patchy frost will be possible again tonight across the Palmer Divide
as temperatures dip into the mid 30s to near freezing for a brief
time Saturday morning. However, coverage should be more limited and
the duration more brief than this morning as high clouds spread in
later tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday
Widespread frost conditions possible Saturday night into Sunday
morning, with 30 to 40 percent chance of freezing conditions.
Those with sensitive outdoor plants, hoses and exposed pipes may
want to take precautions to protect property. Another frost may be
possible Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Light snow may be possible across the higher terrain Wednesday
night into Thursday, with minor accumulations above 10000 feet.

High Wind Warnings remain in effect through 6 AM Saturday for the
wind prone regions of southeast Wyoming.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
A strong cold front will move through Saturday leading to freezing
temperatures across the entire region Saturday night into Sunday
morning. A series of clipper systems will impact the region on
Saturday and on Monday with another round of strong winds and
some rain and snow mix possible down to 6000 feet.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight
Patchy frost is anticipated for portions of Weld and Lincoln
Counties tonight as temperatures drop to between 32 and 35
degrees. Otherwise, no hazardous weather conditions are
expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday
Breezy conditions are expected Friday night in the mountains
with gusts 45-55 mph. Slightly weaker but more widespread gusty
winds will persist into Saturday across the region. Widespread
freezing temperatures are forecast Saturday night for most of the
rural plains. On Monday, locally critical fire weather conditions
will be possible for areas south of I-70, and there`s potential
for impactful snow accumulations in the high country Monday into
Tuesday along with renewed breezy winds as a low pressure system
brushes the state.
